Deepest condolences to the Fremeau family! I had Mr. Fremeau as my English teacher at St. Robert. He and I got along so well that I was invited to join the Geography trip in Grade 13 (didn't take Geography)
He will be forever remembered!
God Bless and Rest in Peace Sir!

Lynda and I were saddened to hear about Pat's passing . I remember Pat fondly from our days when we worked together at St. Robert's in the eighties, Pat as a veteran Geography teacher and Guidance Councillor, while I served as Principal.
Pat was well liked and well regarded by students; moreover he was an excellent staff man. In fact it could be said that he had the pulse of the staff and provided me with considerable support in that regard. Pat seemed to have an instinctive understanding which policies and procedures would be supported by the staff at large.
Although I have not seen Pat in a number of years I know his family and friends will miss him and his charm and wit,
May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to Mr. Fremeau's family for the loss they have suffered. I have many fond memories of Mr. Fremeau when he was my guidance counselor at St. Robert in the late 80's and early 90's. His kindness and wonderful sense of humour will always be cherished. Gone but never forgotten.

Pat was a great friend, colleague, and mentor. I will always cherish the time we spent together teaching at St Robert, and feel truly blessed to have been counted among his many friends. Pat made everyone he met a little better than they were before. He will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy and most sincere wishes for peace and comfort to Heather and Julia.

I never had Mr Fremeau as a teacher for a course during my entire time at St Roberts Catholic High School. But somehow, he knew all our names, and greeted us as we passed by his door in the portables. He left an impression on so many of us, as other posts here underscore. A wonderful legacy, my prayers and best wishes for his family.

Such a lovely man
He was my guidance counsellor at St. Roberts in the late 80s
And when I picked my grade 13 OACs - he warned me I'd never get into U of T with 3 English OACs
Every time he saw me in the hall - he'd warn me again - all year!

I never did go to U of T
You were right Mr Fremeau - rest in peace
