Patrick was born on Sept 18 1970 in Toronto Ontario.
He was the son of Helen,step son of Jack, Father of Justin and beloved brother of George and Derek and uncle to countless nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Patrick will be held Friday, May 24, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3. Followed by A funeral service at 2:00 pm
