Patryk had the greatest smile, a cheerful disposition and unflappable nature.  His personality lit up the room . He left his family and friends and colleagues far too soon.  He will be sorely  missed but his kindness and good nature will surely live on. My deepest condolences to his family, especially to  his son Evan, his wife Janice, and his parents. RIP Patryk

P, I am disappointed.  I am disappointed you won't get to see your son grow up to be the man you were meant to groom him to be.  I am disappointed you won't get to grow your family and grow old with your wife.  I am disappointed you are gone WAY before your time.  I am disappointed you won't get to achieve any of the life goals you set for yourself.  You should still be here, being the husband, father, son, friend that you have been and were meant to be.  My condolences to your remaining family, who no doubt miss you more than any of the rest of us can imagine.  I hope you are enjoying paradise, keep the laughter going until we can hopefully meet again.

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to his beloved wife Janice and their son Evan, his parents and the rest of his family members on the sudden and untimely death of a dear friend and co-worker Patryk Michal Winiarski,   I knew Patryk from his very first day with the Crown Law Office - Civil  with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General long before he joined Crown Law Office - Criminal.  He always had a big smile on his face and he was very eager to learn and always had a warm and friendly disposition.  He was always very accommodating and willing to lend a hand.  When he moved to the Criminal Law Division he was on a different floor of the building and I met him very often in the elevator or in the lobby and his face always lit up with his great big smile when we saw each other and I know that was his sunny disposition whenever he met his friends and co-workers.  When his son Evan was born there was no happier or prouder father.  Each time we met I always asked him about his wife and son and he was proud to share his baby's developments and he did it with his great big smile.  I am in Calgary visiting my siblings at the moment now that I am retired and therefore will miss paying him my last respects and I am sorry about that.  He was a wonderful person and I pray that God will give his beloved wife Janice, son Evan and the rest of his family members the courage and strength to bear their irreplaceable loss.  May his soul rest in eternal peace with our Lord.  He will be greatly missed by all of us who knew him and everyone whose lives he touched.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to Patrick's family, wife, son and close friends. As a co-worker at Crown Law Office, I could always rely on Patrick for a mid-afternoon chat about sports, craft beer and a laugh, and I will sorely miss his laugh and bright smile. I am just shocked to hear of his untimely passing. Rest in peace buddy.

I am so sorry for your loss. Patryk and I worked in the same division for many years. I will always remember that gleaming smile and his kind and friendly ways. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

Patryk has been described so well as one of the "true originals" at the Crown law Office-Criminal, because his big smile, warmth and cheery personality exemplified what we aspire to live out. I remain stunned by his sudden loss. We both celebrate his life and mourn his passing, at the same time as we stand together to support Janice, Evan, and Patryk's close family and friends. May God grant His true peace and comfort to Janice and Evan in these days and always, and also give eternal peace to Patryk.

I was so shocked to hear the news today.  I first met Patrick when I joined MAG.  Absolutely tragic.  My deepest condolences. You will be missed. May you rest in peace.

I first met Patryk through our love of our Shiba Inu pups at various dog meet-ups across the GTA.  What a pleasant surprise when one day Patryk came by my workplace at CNH with his cute Shiba "Bebe".  He and Janice were here to pick up their son Evan.  (Cuteness overload!)


I always enjoyed our chats at the community centre when it was time for Evan to go home.  I will miss the sight of the two of you with your bike helmets on-on route to Riverdale Farm.  Rest in Peace my friend.

My Polish Prince, my Paddy McGee, your light is gone too soon. I have known Patrick for the past 16 years while working at the Court of Appeal and I was so shocked and saddened to hear that he had passed away. My deepest condolences to his wife, his son and his family. I will miss that mischievous laugh and that big, goofy grin. He would call me "mama" and I would call him my "bratty work son" and threaten to ground him. May your soul be at peace and may angels guide you home.

I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn this tragic loss. I am lost for words. I have known Patrick since he joined the Attorney General. Patrick was always funny, his laughs, jokes and THAT smiles brighten up the day when I was at the MAG building. RIP my Bruce Willis as I always called him, you will be dearly missed. My deepest condolences to the family. I have known Patrick through my son Kevin Rodulfo as a child and what a lovely young man. I am deeply saddened to learn of Patrick's passing. May his soul Rest in Eternal Peace. Too many tears.

I was so shocked to hear this sad news. I keep thinking that I'm having a terrible nightmare and this is not true but as the days have gone by I realized that it's a reality. It's a reality that I find myself not being able to accept and it breaks my heart. P and I have known each other for over 17 years and the memories will live on for all the days of my life. My friend, I will also remember that positive attitude you had towards life, that infectious smile and laughter. I pray that God gives Janice and Evan peace and comfort and know that he's watching down from above. He was a proud dad and I pray that Evan grow up to know how much his daddy loves him and the great man that he was. RIP my friend...until we meet again.

Back in '05 it was Patrick who trained me in file management when I first started at CLOC. From that day onwards he was always the same, funny, cheery and very witty! I'll never forget his contagious laughter. Such tragic loss.  My sincerest condolences to Janice, Evan, and all your friends and family.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.

Patrick was always so kind and loyal to me. His infectious smile and enthusiasm will be dearly missed.I'm in shock. I just saw him last week pushing the stroller down Dundas and shared a wave and a laugh. My sincerest condolences to Janice, Evan and his family and friends.

I was shocked to hear this terrible news. Though i have moved on a different path for the last while Patryk and i shared a similar timeline in life and work. We started at the Ministry around the same time, are similar age and worked together in appeals. When i came back to work after working away and my mat leave found out P also had a boy a few months younger then my own. He was a stand up and pround dad. My heart aches for this young family and all the friends and colleagues at 720. Patryk's contagious laughter and smile will always be remembered.

No words can express the sadness we all feel. We will always remember all the memories we have shared together. 
You will forever be missed friend.

Patryk was a true original at the Crown Law Office.  Always joined at the hip with Oren, he will be remembered for his open mindedness, sense of humour, lack of pretense and his all around larger than life and cheery personality.  I am deeply, deeply saddened at hearing of his passing. Condolences to his family, many friends and co-workers at CLOC.

Patryk, I have no words to express my sadness. I will miss you at our lunches with the crew, your contagious laugh and your presence around the office. My thoughts are with Janice, Evan and all your family and friends xoxo

My daughter and Patryk's son attend the same daycare.  I would often drop her off at the same time Patryk was dropping off his son.  I can picture him arriving on his bike in the morning at the daycare with his son.  He was so good and patient with his son when he dropped him off.  It seems surreal that  I won't see him in the mornings doing the daycare drop off.  My heart breaks for his family.

I have been in a haze since hearing of Patryk's passing and my deepest sympathies go to his young family.  It will not be the same here at the Ministry without him.
