Paul was born on July 27, 1958 in St. Catherines, Ontario.
He was the son of James and Brenda Willis of Stoke-On-Trent, England.
Paul graduated from Ridley College Prepatory with honours and attended Wilfred Laurier University.
He worked for the Toronto Transit Authority for 22 years.
Paul left one sister, Alison W. Ferguson of Highlands Ranch, CO, her husband Peter Ferguson; two nephews, Dylan Ferguson of Vancouver, BC, Philp Ferguson of Highlands Ranch, CO and one niece Elizabeth Ferguson of Highlands Ranch.
Paul will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, humor and his love of sports.
