Peacefully, in her 102nd year, Pauline Sambourne (nee Orsulak) passed away on August 23rd. Cherished mother of Cameron (Pat) and Brian (Richard). Beloved grandmother to Tracey and Kim, great grandmother to Reid and Tyson. Pauline was predeceased by husband Ed Sambourne and by her parents Fred and Annie Orsulak of Ukrainian birth, and by 11 siblings. Pauline was also predeceased by her long time companion Eugene Zuloaga. Born and raised in Prawda Manitoba, Pauline would grow to assist in family farm labour, vital for surviving the Depression. An independent, spirited woman, Pauline loved baking, gardening, travel, dancing, friendship, family. Our dear, cherished mother rests now after years of love and service to family and country.
