Richard Colin Drover

Richard was a fun loving, hardworking adventurous being. His favorite place was outside among people, animals and plants. He had the amazing ability to bring people together no matter their differences and celebrated such through all the love his community was surrounded with.

Richard was a proud Newfie and hails from the Drover clan of Corner Brook Newfoundland. He had a large family. Richard leaves behind his four children, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. We turn his soul over so that he can join those who predeceased him, both parents James and Alice, his brothers, Dave, Jack, Mark, Bruce and his sister, Joy.

Richard was blessed with the opportunity to see his eldest daughter recently get married and days before his passing had the gift of seeing and/or talking to many of his family and friends. In honour of Richard’s wishes he will be cremated and there will be no visitation. A small intimate service will be held in Toronto, Ontario on February 16, 2022.
