Passed away at Sunnybrook Health Centre, with family by his side at the age of 95. Loving husband of the late Inez Hearst (nee Tracy). Cherished father of Linda (Ken), Robert (Joanne), Sharon, and Brian (Terry). Grandfather of Adrienne, Shawn, Brendan, and Ryan. Great grandfather of Owen, Isabel, and Aisley.
Predeceased by his sister Mary Elizabeth.
He will be missed by many friends and other family members, including his special friends the Moore Family.

Friends may call at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, 416-266-4404, on Tuesday, December 10th from 6 until 8 p.m., and on Wednesday, December 11th, from 11 am until 1 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sam’s name to Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre – Veteran’s Centre would be appreciated.
