Passed away peacefully on December 30, 2019 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter. Cherished mother of John (the late Anne, Olga), Olga (Don), Mary (Paul). Proud Baba and Gramma of Michael (Sophia), Karen (Matt), Julia, Kelly, Nicholas and Alexandra; great grand-mother of Alison, Hailey and Kyri. Predeceased by three siblings Gus, Mito and Ann. Sophia will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her family and friends. Her greatest joy in life was being surrounded by her family, laughter and an ever generous table of food to share. Visitation will take place at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 10am-12pm followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12pm. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery.
