It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved and fun-loving sister and aunt, Teodora Bonito, in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband, the love of her life, Gabriele, her parents, Luigi and Lucia Nigro, her brother Michele Nigro and her nephew, Luigi (Gino) Di Nobile. Left to mourn are her sisters, Lina Mastrangelo (late Pasquale), Fernanda Di Nobile (late Domenico), brother Armando Nigro (late Andrea) and sister-in-law, Paola Nigro. Zia Dora will be forever remembered by her nephews and nieces, Dr. E. Armando Mastrangelo (Beth), Felicia Goulet (Tom), Lucy Stefanchuk (Paul), Joseph Di Nobile, Rosanna Armata (Enzo), Marie Nigro, Louis Nigro (Mindie), her great nephews and nieces, Armando Mastrangelo (Claire), Alex Mastrangelo, Peter Armata, Charity Nigro, Michael Armata, Kevin Stefanchuk, Aiden Nigro and her great-great niece, Emilia Mastrangelo.
Special thanks to Dr. Hu and all of Zia’s wonderful nurses, PSWs and staff on Merritt West, Linhaven, and to her palliative care nurses, Erica, Ashley and Rachel at the St. Catharines General Hospital.
Arrangements are under the care of DELMORO Funeral Home, 61 Beverly Hills Drive, Toronto. Visitation, Monday, April 25, 2022, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with service to follow within the Delmoro Chapel.
Interment, Forest Lawn Mausoleum and Crematorium, 4570 Yonge Street, North York.
