Passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 88. She will be rejoining her husband Bill. Predeceased by her daughter Brenda Pearce, brothers, and grandson Frank Pearce. She was a loving mother to Cindy and Dan. Loving grandmother to Sara Martin, Evan Martin, Crystal Pearce, Shannon Pearce, Zoe Pearce, Mia Pearce and beloved great-grandmother. A visitation will be taking place for Verna on Monday, June 13 from 10 to 11am at the Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home at 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto with a funeral service to follow at 11am in the chapel.
