Violet A. Roberts, better known to her family as Evadnie, passed away peacefully at the age of 86 at the Rouge-Valley Ajax/Pickering hospital on February 17, 2011. Beloved sister of Lester Allick (Denise Allick), Cicely Shaw of T & T, and Brian McPherson (deceased). She is survived by Uncle Mano (Moulda), Aunt Leah, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation to be held at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street (south of Wellesley Street), Toronto, ON February 26, 2011 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Patrick’s Anglican Church, Mt. Pleasant, Tobago, Trinidad & Tobago, interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
