Adam was born April 23, 1989 and passed away on April 15, 2006. Adam is survived by his mother Eileen Guymon and father Jack Guymon. He was a Junior at Bishop Montgomery High School, a musician extraordinaire. He was part of a band named "Three Date Theory". Visitations will be held on Thursday, May 11th and Friday, May 12th at Rice Mortuary Chapel from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery's Risen Christ Chapel on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City
