Alton A. Wright, Jr., aka "Whitey, Bunny, Big Al, Mr. Wonderful, Dad, Grampa & PopPop," passed away Wednesday, July 6th at the age of 86. Born in Santa Monica and resided in Torrance, he is survived by his wife, Grace; three daughters, Cathy (John), Shelley (Glen), Carrie; son, Roger (Stephanie); six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial will be held at Rice Mortuary on Monday, July 18th at 11:00am with a reception immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an animal or breast cancer charity of your choice.
