Sanchez, Anita Kathleen a 42 year resident of Redondo Beach , passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2002 in Torrance. Born in Carnegie, OK, Anita was 71 when she died. She is survived by Husband, Phillip Sanchez of Redondo Beach, CA, Father, Gauston Tidwell, Son, Thomas Bilby, Daughters, Julie Sanchez, and Mari Carter, Sons, Phillip, Fred, Gilbert and Raymond Sanchez, Sisters, Norma Valenti and Debra Boen, Brothers, Jackson, Bobby and Todd Tidwell. She is the blessed grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 9, and numerous Nieces and Nephews and countless friends . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arthritis Foundation. There will be a Visitation on Tuesday May 14, 2002 from 5PM to 8PM at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd. Torrance, CA. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at 11AM, also at Rice Mortuary. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City, CA.
