Coakley, Ann Donihee, a 47 year resident of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at home. She was born in New York City on July 18, 1924. She was the devoted mother of six children, Cathy Appel (Dennis), Julie McKinney (Brooks), Liza Peters (David), Michael Coakley (Colleen), Amy Toczek (Andrjez), and Sharon Sartorius (Gus); and loving grandmother to ten grandchildren, Jackie and Jessie (Appel), Zach, Zoe and Emmett (McKinney), Annie and Natalie (Peters), Alexandra (Coakley) and Gabrielle and Nick (Toczek). She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Albert J. Coakley, Jr. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be held at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Private Interment services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA.
