ANNIE Y. SAM, 89 SEAL BEACH, CA - Annie Y. Sam, 89, of Seal Beach was suddenly needed in heaven Monday, July 27, 2015. Born November 27, 1925, in Santa Barbara. She married the love of her life, Grover L. Sam on May 26, 1946 in Long Beach. She attended University of Southern California (USC) and was an accomplished Real Estate Specialist in commercial real estate sales throughout the West Coast. Attended Orange County Chinese Presbyterian Church. Annie enjoyed family cruises, musical theatre productions, movies, Chinese holidays and banquets, traveled extensively worldwide with her husband and family. After retirement Annie stayed involved with numerous real estate endeavors and travel. Survivors include brothers and sisters Jack Yee, Gene Yee, Minnie Yee Kent, Lucy Yee Lee, Arthur Yee, sons and daughter Ron Sam (Lee), Rhonda Ann Sam Long (Gary), Rigby Sam (Karen), grandchildren Brandon, Harrison, Trey, Zachary and Kylee; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and loved ones. Those passing before her include husband, Grover, her parents: Chin Tul Shee and Sing Li Yee, sister Bessie Yee Fong Ming, and brother Leland Yee.

Memorial Service: 12pm, noon Friday, August 7; Rice Chapel / Mortuary, Torrance 90247. Service led by Rev. Wayland Wong. Private Internment: Riverside National Cemetery, Monday, August 10.
