Cezar was a man of quiet strength, unwavering faith, and boundless love for his family. He dedicated his life to providing for those he loved, always putting their needs before his own. His greatest joy was seeing his family together, and he never stopped dreaming of the day when they would all be reunited again.
Life brought many challenges, yet Cezar faced each one with resilience and grace. In 2018, after Super Typhoon Yutu devastated their family home in Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands, he worked tirelessly to rebuild what had been lost. In April 2023, after years of waiting for their permanent residency, he and his wife finally fulfilled a long-awaited dream by beginning a new chapter in the United States. They carried with them hope for a brighter future and the dream of spending more time with their children and creating new memories together.
Even through years of health struggles, Cezar remained steadfast in his love, faith, and determination. His quiet courage inspired those around him, and his gentle spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He never stopped dreaming. He would buy lottery tickets, hoping he might win just enough to buy us a home and make life a little easier for us.
Our dad's greatest wish was never wealth or recognition, it was simply to have his family together again and to give us a more comfortable life. Every sacrifice he made was an expression of his unconditional love that became the foundation of our lives and the legacy he leaves behind.
Though our hearts ache with his absence each day, we find comfort in knowing that he is now free from pain and resting peacefully in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. We hold onto God's promise that one day, we will be reunited with him in Heaven. Until then, we will honor him by living with the same kindness, strength, humility, and unwavering love that he showed us every single day.
More than anything, Cezar will be remembered for his selfless heart. He was a loving husband, a devoted father, a loyal friend, and a compassionate soul whose kindness touched countless lives. His humor wisdom, humility, gentle smile, and unconditional love created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished memories that his family will treasure forever.
Cezar is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Amelita Pangilinan; his beloved children, Ivy Pangilinan and Ace John; along with his siblings, extended family, and many dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by his love and kindness.
Forever loved. Deeply missed. Never forgotten.
"You once held our hands as we learned to walk through life. Now we hold your memory in our hearts as you walk into Heaven. Until we meet again, we will always love you."
