
Padelford, Claude John, "Pat," a 76 year resident of the South Bay, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2006. Born in Minnesota, Claude was 76 when he died. Claude had served in the Army during the Korean War. Claude loved camping at Bass Lake. His work as a Lather was his passion in life, and he was the best at what he did. He was a devoted husband and father.
He is survived by his Wife, Joan Padelford of Torrance, CA; Daughter, Lori (Mario) Garcia of Garden Grove, CA; Son, Charles (Darla) Padelford of Henderson, NV; Son, Cheyne Padelford of Torrance, CA; Sister, Donna (Tom) Strawn of San Juan Capistrano, CA; Sister, Shirley (Bob) Mullaney of Huntington Beach, CA; Grandson, Greg (Darcy) Padelford of Paso Robles, CA; Granddaughter, Denise (Steve) Hixson of Atascadero, CA; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews; and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Carrie Padelford; Father, Claude Padelford; and Son, Robert Padelford.
The Memorial Service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at 4pm, followed by a Reception in the Lighthouse Room. Inurnment will be private.
