Darren S. Marsee

Darren spent every hour of every day embracing life. He surfed, traveled, loved his friends, loved his family, drove his bus, laughed and lived. Through all of these actions, and through his unfailingly bright and positive outlook, he forced everyone to love him with all of their hearts, and to in turn be better people themselves. He, more than anyone else, truly understood the words that he so often uttered – life is short and you only live once.

He is survived by parents Fred & Sharon Marsee; brother, Kevin; twin sister, Megan and grandmother, Audrey Marsee, all of Redondo Beach, CA, and grandmother, Viola Kelley, of Riverside, CA. A party honoring Darren will begin at the Seaside Lagoon in King Harbor at 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 28th, with a tribute to Darren at 7:00 PM followed by a barbeque at 8:00 PM.
