This comes with great sadness. Deanne left us way too soon. I have such fond memories of her. We met in 1988 at The Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. She was working for a interior decorator and I was working in a showroom. She came in one day and as we got to speaking there was an instant connection. We started to have lunch together and then started hanging out, going dancing and going on fun outings. It wasn't long before she had the grand idea to fix me up with her ex boyfriend Jim, with whom she had remained friends. Her matchmaking worked. Many years later she told us how honored she was to have fixed us up. Deanne was so loving and so funny, an avid animal lover, and loved her work, friends, and family with a full heart. I will miss her a lot and will always remember her cute Chicago accent, great big smile, fantastic hair and big loving heart. XOXO Judy Kaplan

Dee, I'm eternally grateful to you for introducing me to your friend Judy, my wonderful wife of 35 yrs and counting. You coaxed her into going out dancing with you and my brother Brett.  Wallo lived next door to me in Playa Del Rey so I think I get some credit for you finding him. You two were a great couple!! RIP together in Heaven.
