Eleanor Dolores Cano

Eleanor Dolores Cano a 1 year resident of Victorville, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2006 in San Pedro. Born in Redondo Beach, CA. Eleanor was 83 when she died. Eleanor was an active member of St. Philomena Catholic Church for over 15 years. She was member of the choir and fixture at all church functions. She moved to Victorville, Ca, in July of 2005 with daughter Terry and son-in-law John Krusel where she became a member of Holy Family Church in Hesperia.

Eleanor was a seamstress for over 18 years. She loved to sing in the church choir,

She could crochet anything and did not need a book of instructions.

She was active in the election process and always encouraged others to exercise their right to vote.

Her passions were the Lord and her children and she was a fan of Vicente Fernandez

She is survived by her sister Mary Casillas, daughter Francisca Marie Craig, son Ramon De Jesus Cano III, and daughter Teresa Rosalie Krusel. She was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 11 great grand children.

A gathering of family & friends will be held at Rice Mortuary on Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary service at 7:00 P.M. The Service will be held at St. Philomena Church on Monday, October 30, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach, California.
