Ethel Mae Jones

Ethel is survived by her 2 children Lonnie Lee and Taleana Lee. Sister Elenora Lee, Sister Evirra June Daniels, brother William Jones, brother Jimmy Lee Jones and Robert Lee Jones. 5 grandchildren Dawn Renee, Wesley, Jazmin, QuBilah and Cheyenne. 2 great children Harmonni Joyce and Jayden. 13 Nephews and 6 nieces and a village of other relatives and friends.

Ethel was preceded in death by her father J.C. Jones and mother Ora Lee Jones, 2 brothers John Henry Jones and William Jones. A sister Juanita Carlis, 2 brother in laws George Carlis and Richard Daniels. 3 sister in laws Queen Jones, Cherie Jones and Barbara Jones. 2 Aunts Joanna Jones and Aunt Pete.

She loved to make quilts, do hair and visit the sick and shut in, as often as she could. She loved to take walks down Crenshaw. (She was known as the mayor of Crenshaw)

She was a pillar in her neighborhood, a positive role model and will be truly missed.
