Martinez, Gabriel Leonard, born September 13, 1968 and passed away on Monday, July 6, 2009 in Los Angeles. Born in Redondo Beach, CA, Gabriel was 40 when he died. He attended Redondo Union High School and was a long time resident of the South Bay. Gabriel enjoyed playing softball and being around his family and friends.
He is survived by his brother, Steven Duquette, Aunt, Shirley Mouser of Redondo Beach, CA and his Uncle, Leonard Barela of Covina, CA. Preceded in death by his Mother, Edna Barela and Grandfather, Gilbert Barela.
A viewing will be held at Rice Mortuary Chapel on Sunday, July 19, 2009 from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.
The memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary Chapel on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. A reception will follow in Rice's Lighthouse Reception Room from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.
