Although I've never met Matt or Isabella, my heart goes out to you and the rest of Heidi's family.       We met in 6th grade at El Rincon Elementary School. We quickly became friends and spent many weekends together at each others' homes..roller skating, talking about boys, doing what all little girls love to do.      Although we didn't see each other as adults, I would hear chatter about her and her endeavors from mutual friends we had.      I am blessed for the memories I have from long ago. John â€“ Marilyn and I were stunned to hear the tragic news about Heidi.   There are no words to adequately express our sympathy for the devastation and profound lose you must be feeling.  Please know we are thinking of you and praying for you and Isabella every minute.

My heart goes out to Heidi's husband and daughter - and her other loved ones - for this unspeakable loss.  This unexpected tragedy leaves all of us  with emptiness and bewilderment.  As one who only met Heidi recently, I experienced her as a caring, fun, and vibrant woman - capable of lighting up any room. I am sure she touched many lives, and I'm enriched to have known her - if only a little.  I regret I will never get a chance to know her better. My prayers are with her husband and daughter, who I know she deeply loved.

Dearest Heidi,      Your light was magnetizing.  Your bright smile, dynamic personality and kind heart will never be forgotten.        Matt and I were talking about our fondest memories of you and we both agreed you threw the best birthday parties for Isabella, so good in fact that we stole the idea for Finley & Nolan last summer.  Isabella's was the only "kids" party Matt actually looked forward to - the beach and El Burrito Jr. - it doesn't get any better than that.   We are still having water fights with the giant water guns from last year.  Not to mention you, so welcoming in your bikini, redefining what it means to be a sexy mom, a really sexy mom.  I will forever be inspired by your radiance.      Christmas at school will never be the same.  I can't imagine celebrating without your energy there.  You and John made the day unforgettable - the joy of the Santa suit relay will always remind us of you and your ability to make the ordinary fun.      Seeing you and the dogs in drive thru, complaining about having husbands that travel, and talking about ways to make my hair manageable, these are all things I will miss.        I know how much you love Isa.  This is the part that breaks my heart the most.  You need to know that Isa is so deeply loved by your community and that she will never be alone.  John and Isa will get thru this time surrounded and protected by the love of many.  We know you will be there too.
