I arrived in California from Michigan back in 1991. Niki was my first friend here and we became very close and I spent a lot of time with her and her parents. I loved Jan. 
Her sweetness  was such a pleasure to be around. Her smile was infectious. She was loving and so lovable! 
I’m going to miss her ❤️

Jannie, is my Soul Mate!  I met her when we worked together at TRW.  That was the day my life would be blessed with a beautiful, loving, caring, friend with a great sense of humor.  Jannie allowed me to be a part of her family and share in so many memorable moments that will always remain in my heart.  Through all the sadness and happiness of life, Jannie was always there to ease the pain and share the laughter.  She loved her family and friends and expressed that love every day of her life.  God sends us friends that He knows we will need in our life to help us.  I feel that Jannie was a God send and am so grateful for the time I could have her in my life.  I know she is Home with the Lord, that she loved so much, and with Scot and the family.  I will miss her every day until with God's grace, I will see her again.  Miss you my Soul Mate!

To my dear friend, Jan, I will miss you so much.
Jannie and I met in junior high school (Henry Clay middle school) we continued our friendship into high school. We lost touch after high school.  The day I started working at TRW,  I was  escorted to my bosses office  and guess who was his secretary (that’s what they call them back then) it was Jannie!  We reconnected then and have had many good times together over the years.   I have a lot of great memories.   She is now in heaven with her son Scott.    
I was really thinking about her yesterday watching the Kentucky Derby,  Jan and Riley attended a couple years at the race.  
RIP my dear friend I love you 🥰🌹!

I first met Jan as we both served in the AWANA ministry at Journey of Faith. Her grand-daughter Sierra was in my Sunday school class. Later to find out that her son is good friends with my cousin’s husband, and she worked at TRW, though our paths didn’t cross then. We had a lot in common. I appreciated her warm smile and encouraging words. My prayers are with the family.

I met Janet in 1959 at Henry Clay Junior High school,  we were in many classes together and became fast friends. I wrote in my junior high yearbook how sweet she was and know she remained that way throughout her life.
I was with Janet when I met my husband in 1963 and was blessed to have her at my 50th anniversary party.

Many wonderful memories of her house on Van Ness where we would sit on her front lawn and watch for cute boys in cool cars, silly young girls but we had great fun.  We ended up wearing the same dress to junior high graduation,  I wish I had a picture.
Janet will remain in my heart as one of the sweetest,  nicest and cutest friends I ever had.
