Jon Michael Wheeler

Lifelong residence of Torrance passed away on Saturday April 5th, 2008, Jon a graduate of West Torrance High School and a Army veteran serving in Korea and Germany. Jon is survived by his mother, Janice Marie Ryer Wheeler, also of Torrance, brothers Robert (Mary) of Hailey Idaho, Don of Colorado Springs Colorado, Jim (Lynne) of Murrieta Ca, Tom of Torrance, Jack (LaVonne) of Springfield Ohio and sister Janice of Torrance, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Jon is preceded in death by his father Jack D. Wheeler, Sr., his loving grandparents and many aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at White and Day Colonial Chapel, Redondo Beach, Ca on Thursday April 10th at 1:00 pm. Interment the following day at Riverside Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Riverside Ca at 1045AM on Friday, April 11th.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Jon's name to the family cemetery, the Rylie Cemetery Association, c/o Peggy Jett, Treasurer, 11914 Garden Grove, Dallas TX, The American Heart Association or South Bay Cities Genealogical Society (SBCGS).
