\\Freese, Jonathan Stephen, "Jonny," a life-long resident of Torrance, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011. Born in Torrance, CA, Jonny was 20 when he died. He graduated from South High School in Torrance in 2008. Jonny was an avid fisherman and spearfishing diver. He loved the LA Dodgers.
Jonny is survived by his parents, Kathleen and Lloyd Freese; and brother, Patrick Peery, all of Torrance, CA.
A gathering of family & friends will be held at Rice Mortuary in Torrance on Wednesday January 26, 2011 from 6 to 9pm with a Vigil beginning at 7pm. The Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Church in Redondo Beach on Thursday at 10am followed by a reception in the church hall. Check back to view the online video tribute.
