Joe "Lito" Perez, 61, died April 16, 2010 at his home in Gardena, California.A service will be held at Rice Chapel in Torrance, California on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 11:00 AM. There will be a gathering following in the Rice Lighthouse Reception Room from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Burial will be at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach, California..
Joe was born March 5, 1949 in Long Beach, California to Louie and Lucina Perez. He graduated Torrance High School in Torrance, California and worked for Ralph's Grocery Company for 30 years.
Joe is survived by his mother, Lucina Perez; sister, Rose Perez-Aguilar; 3 children, Irena Perez, Joseph Perez, and Lisa Toruno; daughter-in-law, Michele Perez; son-in-law, Tony Toruno; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Louie Perez.
