Juan is survived by his partner Michelle Macias, daughter Madison Roser Hernandez, father Carlos Humberto Hernandez, and mother Rosa Delia Hernandez.
We lost a brother, son, father, friend, shipmate, companion, and a loving soul. Juan Carlos was loved by so many and his presence will be felt forever on this earth.
