WHITCHER, JUDD THOMAS, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 in Lake Isabella, CA He was born Dec. 24, 1941 in Los Angeles. Judd displayed his deep love for the blues by playing in various bands most of his adult life...having played most recently with the Melvin Eddy Band. His other great love in life was fishing. He is survived by his loving Wife, Gloria Whitcher of San Jacinto, CA, Mother, Eloise Whitcher of Gardena, CA, Daughter, Debra Eglin of Anaheim, CA, Daughter, Wendy Tobar of Fullerton, CA, Sister, Janice Riggo of Mokelumne, CA, Brother, Mike Whitcher of San Clemente, CA, Sister, Nancy Whitcher-Jones of San Juan Capistrano, CA, Brother, David Whitcher of San Juan Capistrano, CA, and Brother, Rod Whitcher of Redondo Beach, CA. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 25, 2003 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at RICE MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA 90503. Services will be Thursday, June 26, 2003 at 11:00 AM, also at Rice Chapel. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Gardena.
