Beloved wife and mother passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 in Redondo Beach. Born in New London, Connecticut, June 27, 1947, Karen was 57 years old when she died. A 25 year resident of the beach area, Karen shared her home with her Mother and Father until their passing. Karen's long time tenure with the airlines helped her to travel extensively and satisfy her passion for traveling. Karen is survived by her Husband, Robert and her Daughter, Kelly, both of Redondo Beach; Sister, Pauline De Bonis, of Houston, TX; and Bernard Sievert of Madison, CT. Preceded in death by: Father, Harold Sievert and Mother, Kitty Sievert. A rememberance will be held at Rice Mortuary in Torrance on July 28, 2005 at 11am.
