Lillian was born to Joe and Vera Garcia at St. Vincent's Catholic Hospital in Los Angeles, along with her twin sister, La Vera, being the younger of the two.
She enjoyed traveling and her favorite place she visited was the Vatican. She devoted most of her time and energy to her faith in God. She was very giving to her family and to her favorite Catholic Charities.
Like her twin sister, Lillian shared a love for animals by helping and caring for them and being involved with her favorite animal shelters and hospitals.
