Timper, Loretta ''Lovey'' a 50 year resident of Torrance, a generous and lovely lady, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2004 in Redondo Beach. Born April 13, 1925 in New York City, New York, Loretta was 79. Loretta is survived by Daughters, Leslie Timper of Chino Valley, AZ, Caroline Lorenze of Woffard Heights, CA, Jeanne Groth of Laguna Beach, CA, Patricia Timper of Tifton, GA, and Lizzy Timper of Chino Valley, AZ, Sons, Steve Timper of Redondo Beach, CA, and David Timper of Chino Valley, AZ, Grandsons, Danny, Ryan and Joey and Granddaughters, Nikky and Sara. Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Timper, Mother, Margaret Martino and Father, Sebastian Martino. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 29 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at White & Day Mortuary, 901 Torrance Blvd. in Redondo Beach, with vigil services beginning at 7:15 PM in the Mortuary Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 30 at 1:00 PM at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church 3846 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., in Torrance. Cremation with services at sea will be private.
