Louella Elizabeth Kropach

A long time resident of Inglewood, CA, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she passed away on Friday, March 18 2011 at her home at the age of 93. She was born July 9, 1917 in Monroe, Nebraska to William G. and Elizabeth Jones, who preceded her in death. Louella was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Lester, on November 17, 1994; her beloved sister Ivona (Ivy) Savage of Glendale, CA in 1980; her brother Daryol Jones of Nebraska in 2000 and her baby sister Gail Hilmer, also of Nebraska in 2010. She is survived by her son William Kropach (Milena) of Stevenson Ranch; her daughter Karen Lawler of Inglewood; grandsons Shawn Lawler, Alex Kropach (Sofia), John Lester Kropach and William Humberto Kropach; great-grandchildren Alexander, Andrew and Olivia Elizabeth Kropach; nieces Mary (Kropach) Chamberlin, Georgia (Kropach) Adrian and several great-nephews and great-nieces. A Rosary will be held Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 7:30 PM at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church in Inglewood, CA with a Funeral Mass to be held on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10:00AM at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church. Burial will immediately follow at San Fernando Valley Mission Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Louella’s request was that donations be made to American Cancer Society (in honor of her sister Ivy Savage), American Diabetes Association (for her) and The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (in honor of her husband; Lester F. Kropach.) A reception will immediately follow San Fernando Mission Cemetery at the home of Bill & Milena Kropach, 25934 Clifton Pl., Stevenson Ranch, CA 91381.
