Madeline Ann Beeles

Madeline Ann Beeles, a long-time resident of the South Bay (Hermosa Beach), passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 7, 2024 in her home at the age of 79 surrounded by family.

Born in Boston, MA, Madeline was one of three children. Madeline was raised in Manhattan Beach with her two brothers, Michael and Samuel D’Amico. In her early 20’s she became a hairdresser, quickly becoming the owner of Kirsten’s Beauty Salon in Manhattan Beach for over 50 years.

Above all, Madeline was a wonderfully supportive wife to her husband Edward Beeles for 65 years; and loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She leaves behind her daughter, Amy Hartline (husband Matthew); daughter, Julie Ustick (husband Eli); and daughter, Theresa Beeles (Luis Agurrie) as well as her four terrific grandchildren, Ashley, Gavin, Emily and Dane. Madeline’s home was always full of laughter, open to everyone and her greatest joy was providing meals for large family and friends. Madeline was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Theresa D’Amico, and brother Michael D’Amico.

The Funeral Mass will be held at American Martyrs Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 10:00 am with a reception following until 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: American Martyrs Church www.americanmartyrs.org/giving/
