Died January 16, 2013 in Palos Verdes Estates, California. Donna was born February 7, 1923 in Waukon, Iowa to James and Agnes (Bolton) Finnegan. She was the eldest of eight children. Donna married Gilbert Evans Bynon in Rock Springs, Wyoming on October 27, 1946, where they resided before moving to Torrance, California in 1957. Survivors include her husband Gilbert, daughter Patricia Mcilraith (Bill McKaig); son Larry (Sheri) of Torrance and daughter-in-law Betty Bynon of Ionia, Iowa. Donna is blessed with seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Donna leaves three sisters, a brother, two sister-in-laws and a brother-in-law, all of Iowa. She is preceded in death by her son, David, two brothers and a sister. A Memorial service will be held 11 am, Sunday January 27 at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance 90503. Reception to follow. Burial will be in St. Boniface Catholic Church Cemetery, Ionia, Iowa.
