
Marion Grace Parker 3/13/25-4/27/11 Beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Marion was a 60+ year resident of Manhattan Beach. She was born to William and Nancy Davidson in Los Angeles. She attended Leuzinger High School, and graduated during World War II going on to work for Northrop Aircraft helping to make planes for the war effort. When her childhood sweetheart, Marshall Parker was discharged from the Navy, they married in 1949. She and Marshall built their house in Manhattan Beach. They raised four children and she was involved with American Martyrs Mother’s Club, Girl Scouts and a “mom†to the neighborhood kids. She loved to travel. She was an avid golfer, and busy a grandmother. Marion is survived by her children, Marylyn (Ron) Wallace, Susan Reese, Martin (Kathy) Parker, Mark (Margot) Parker; Grandchildren Chuck, Michelle, Erin, Billy, Sarah, Alicia, Amy, Alora and 15 great-grandchildren. A viewing will take place at White and Day Mortuary on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach on Monday, May 2 from 4 to 8pm. The next day, Services will be held at American Martyrs Church at 10am. Followed by graveside services at Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City. Reception at the Family home at 2pm.
