Mark Lawrence Padilla, a resident of Rolling Hills Estates, CA passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Born in Inglewood, CA, Mark was 46 when he died after a year and a half tremendous battle with cancer. Mark graduated from Bishop Montgomery and was a local business owner of Ocean Tile and Stone. He loved spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, cars, and being an all around handy man. He was an amazing man, a fighter who never gave up, and always remained optimistic during his struggle to beat the odds. Mark is survived by wife, Cara, sons, Matthew, Joshua and Adam and parents John and Carol Padilla. The Memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Friday March 16 at 9:30 am with a reception following in Rice's Lighthouse Reception Room until 12:30 pm. Burial will be private.
