Michella L. Matasso-Fincannon

Michella Leanne Matasso Fincannon went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 7, 2006. Born 8-13-86 in Bay Harbor Hospital, she was a graduate of South High School. An out-going, fun-loving girl, she had many beloved friends. Her spirited personality sparkled as a varsity cheerleader and in everything she did. She loved to sing and dance, and was a serious, successful student, who was working herself through college at El Camino & Saddleback Junior Colleges.

Michella is survived by her loving husband, Lance Corporal Eric Fincannon, who is stationed at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station in San Diego, CA. She is also survived by her devoted family members: parents Bill & Cheryl Matasso; sister and brother-in-law Angelina and Jason Thompson; half-sister Rebecca; brother-in-law David; grandmother Mary Peterson; grandfather Bruce Peterson; father and mother-in-law John and Sheila Fincannon; aunt and uncle Vicki and Joe Keller; aunts Linda Goodnow & Sheila Collins; and she was close to her cousins TJ and Nicole Collins, and Eva Keller.

The funeral will be at St. Margaret Mary's Catholic church in Lomita, Friday, January 13, 2006 at 12 p.m.
