Patrick graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A degree in English and received a commission as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Patrick was a devoted parishioner at St John Fisher Catholic Church. He was a member of the Union Club of Boston, the Jonathan Club of Los Angeles and
the Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes Estates.
Patrick is survived by his five children, Bridget of Portland, OR; Megan of Boise, ID; Kevin of Boston, MA; Michael of Boston, MA; Erin Hart of New York, and seven grandchildren.
The Church Vigil and Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday October 5, 2017 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 5448 Crest Road, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 . The Memorial Mass will be held at
1:00 PM on Friday October 6, 2017 at the same church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patrick’s memory to Little Sisters of the Poor. 2100 S. Western Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90732.
