Paul is survived by his wife Robin Marquez of Lawndale, California. Daughter, Marlene Marquez of Redondo Beach, California. Son, Ruben Marquez of Torrance, California. Daughter Teresa Marquez of Torrance, California. Step daughter Samantha Zepeda of Lawndale, California. Sister, Susie Zalvala of Azusa, California. Sister Missy Shimizu of Torrance, California. Paul has six grandchildren, Alana Rodriguez, Vincent Rodriguez, Jenna Rodriguez, Cecelia Marquez, Leilani Marquez, and Alyssa Zepeda. Paul was preceded in death by his father, Jose Marquez, mother Mary Marquez, and sister, Gloria Rothman.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, April 16th, 2010 from 2pm - 6pm at Rice Morturary in Torrance. The vigil services will be held Friday, April 16th, 2010 at 7pm at St. James Catholic Church. The service mass will be held Saturday, April 17th, 2010 at 10:30am at St. James Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery. A reception will be held from 2pm - 5pm at Reichelieu Hall, 907 Knob Hill, Redondo Beach, California.
