Rick' Ricardo Mora, a resident of the Redondo Beach passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Torrance, CA; he was 50 years old when he died. Born in El Paso, Texas on June 21 1962, moved to Torrance in 1967, and was a local in the South Bay for 46 years. He went to South High and worked at Hughes/L3 since 1982. Rick enjoyed music, playing his guitar and nature. He was outgoing and loved a good laugh, but most of all he enjoyed making others laugh. Quick with a joke and warm with his heart, he was a beloved friend to all and will be missed. Survived by Raul Mora, Patty Thompson, Albert Mora, Adam Mora, Ed Prado and his Mom Irma Prado. A Memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Friday May 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm with a reception following until 5:00 pm.
