Richard Allen Fick was born on January 2, 1928 in Brocton, New York. He passed away on January 10, 2006 with his family at his side. He was retired from AiResearch and was a longtime Torrance Resident. Mr. Fick is remembered for his untiring support of the South Bay Special Olympics. He is survived by his loving wife Mary-Ann and four children; Ann Marie, Richard Jr, Ronald and Robert. He is also survived by his three loving grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition, Richard is also survived by his brother Elmer Fick of Williamsfield, OH and sister Jean Martin of Bath, NY. He will always be in our hearts and minds and his loving guidance will always be with us. Memorial Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church, Redondo Beach, California on January 17, 2006 at 10:00 am.
