Asay, Ruth Helen a 51 year resident of Hawthorne, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2004 in Harbor City. Born in Morganfield, KY, Ruth was 67 when she died. Ruth was a member of Ocean Gate Southern Baptist Church, She is survived by Husband, Jim Asay of Hawthorne, CA, Daughters, Cheryl Asay & Patricia Czovek and Son, Jeffery Asay. Preceded in death by her Mother, Cordelia McCormick and Father, Stanley McCormick, both formerly of KY. Visitation will be Wednesday December 15, 2004, 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. The Service will be on Thursday December 16, 2004, 11:00 A M. both will be at McCormick Mortuary Chapel, Hawthorne, CA
Burial will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach. CA
