I will miss seeing dear Sally on our next furlough. She became like a second mom to me when I moved in with Ted, Sally & Celeste for a year when I was 18. I arrived as a boarder in their home, but they accepted me as part of the family, even introducing me to vacuuming at midnight, lol! That was a special year and the start of a long, sweet friendship. Sally’s love, joy, hospitality and passion for the Lord and for people has been a great example and inspiration to me. The whole family is such a blessing.

We have wonderful memories of Sally and Ted’s hospitality at their home.  Sally was a great hostess and extended this loving care to us on a number of occasions.  Hospitality was a gift she had and we thank God for her.  We pray that her family experiences God’s peace as the grieve while they rejoice that she is with the God whom she worshipped.

She was truly a beautiful person.  She was a bundle of energy and gave so much of herself to others. I am so honored and blessed to have known her for so many years!
