Virginia Ludwick, 82, died October 22, 2011 with husband, Richard, at her side. She leaves behind Richard, her husband of 55 years; her two sons, Steve and Joe; Steve's wife Karen; Joe's wife, Mary Jane; and three grandchildren, Nicole, Ashley, and Samuel. Born in Alliance, Ohio, Virginia came to California after graduating from Mt. Union College in Ohio. She then earned her Master's in piano performance at USC, studying with Alice Ehlers and Lilian Steuber. As an accomplished pianist, Virginia performed and taught most of her life. She received such joy from her students and continued teaching through this year. She loved music.
