William Harvey Parker, a 37 year resident of the South Bay, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in Gardena. Born in New Jersey, William was 62 when he died. William had served in the Army during the Vietnam War, and was an Electrical Engineering Consultant for over 37 years.
He is survived by his wife, Jung Ae Parker of Gardena, CA; and daughter, Jennifer Parker Ramirez and family of Fayetteville, NC. William was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Virginia Parker.
A gathering of family & friends will be held at Rice Mortuary Chapel in Torrance on Wednesday March 25, 2009. Service begins at 10am followed by a Reception in the Lighthouse Room. Burial will take place at 1pm at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
