Colleen Kay Sniff

Colleen Kay Sniff, age 54 of Mesick passed away suddenly on December 5, 2015 at Munson Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born April 3, 1961 in Traverse City to Patrick and Nancy (Croel) Sniff. Colleen graduated from Mesick High School in 1979. She later went on to raise three children. She worked as a secretary and then became a successful business owner, owning and operating the Mushroom Bar, until her retirement. In her spare time, Colleen loved working in her yard on her little tractor, planting flowers, reading books and giving gifts. She recently started attending the Church of Living Hope. Colleen was passionate and stood firm with things she believed in. She was a self-reliant person who would always lend a helping hand to those in need. Colleen leaves behind her three children; Tara Jewett, Daniel (Bethany) Jewett and Andrew Huber; her best friend and companion, Norbert Huber; grandchildren and lastly, her sweet little Yorkshires; Diamond and Tweets.
