Linda Gene Winter

nda G. Winter, age 82 of Traverse City, passed away on February 19, 2016. She was the loving wife of the late Robert “R.D.” Winter. Cherished mom of Rolinda (Thomas) LeMay, Simone (Christopher) Kranz and Erik (Christina) Winter. Dear grandma of Alexis LeMay, Gabriel LeMay, Gregory Winter and Elizabeth Winter. Sister of Naioma Cofer and Waymond Berry. Aunt to Donna Raite, Amber Raite, Kevin Berry, Beth Taylor, Ricky Seay and Tommy Seay. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; John and Martha Berry, husband of 60 years; R.D., brother, John; sister, Joyce and granddaughter, Meagan Rose Winter. Linda enjoyed dancing, especially swing and square dancing. She was noted for her pies. She also enjoyed playing Euchre and other games but mostly treasured spending time witjh her family. Interment will take place on April 1, 2016; 2:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Traverse City.
