Patricia Anne Hansen passed away peacefully with her family by her side in Munson Hospital on March 3, 2019.

Pat was born in Grand Haven Mi on December 18, 1943 to Verlon Brown Denton and Opal Lucille Ledford. Pat married the love of her life Joseph Hansen on July 31, 1989 in Traverse City, Mi.

Pat enjoyed shopping, going to auctions and spending time with her friends. She took great pride in her yard and gardens that she tended faithfully. She loved her two beloved cats Landon and Cheyanne like her own kids. Pat took great pride in her family and loved them fiercely. Her son, grandkids, and great grandkids were her pride and joy, and she was always there to help when they were in need.

Pat is survived by her only son Randy (Naomi) Dillingham, grandchildren, Jami (Chris) Phillips, Tristan Eickenroth, and Liam Dillingham. Great grandchildren Bre, Keegan, and Camden. Her beloved nieces and many dear friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents Verlon and Opal Denton. Her only sister Glenda Woodward (Denton), and beloved husband Joseph Hansen.

A celebration of life has been planned for March 30, 2019 at the Summit City Grange Hall on Factory Street in Kingsley Mi at 1pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Pat's name at the Wexford County or Grand Traverse County humane society's or AC Paw.

We are sad to lose our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, but we take joy in knowing she has reunited with her love Joe, parents and sister. We love you and will miss you every day until the time we see you again.

I have lost my Best Friend & Shopping Buddy, & will always hold in my heart the friendship we shared. I will never forget the fun we had together shopping (the store cashiers always said we were having too much fun). We enjoyed getting our nails done, lunches, chocolate malts, & our (almost) daily walks around the lake in the summer, taking a break sitting at the boat launch having quiet talks. We always laughed about the late afternoon adventure we went on, when we took off together in the golf cart into the deep woods without telling the guys. We had no idea how to get out of the woods, or if a bear would find us. I will miss you terribly. Rest well, My Friend, until we’re together once again.
